At EL News, we strive to provide high-quality magazine content and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or wish to cancel your subscription, we are here to assist you. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below.

1. Subscription Cancellation Policy

1.1. Magazine Subscriptions (Print & Digital)

You may cancel your magazine subscription at any time. However, please note the following conditions based on the subscription type:

  • Digital Subscriptions: Cancellations of digital subscriptions take effect immediately, and no further charges will be applied. You will still have access to the content until the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds will not be provided for the remaining period of the subscription.
  • Print Subscriptions: If you cancel your print subscription, the cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle. Any magazines already shipped or in transit will not be refunded. We do not offer partial refunds for cancellations made during an ongoing subscription period.

1.2. One-Time Purchases

For one-time magazine purchases (either print or digital), cancellations are not accepted after the purchase is completed. All sales are final.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Purchases: If you are charged twice for the same subscription or issue, you are eligible for a refund of the duplicate payment.
  • Defective or Missing Products (Print Magazine): If your print magazine is damaged or you did not receive it, you may request a replacement or a refund. Refunds will be issued after verifying the claim.

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Non-usage of the magazine content or subscription services.
  • Issues related to device compatibility for digital magazine content.

2.2. How to Request a Refund

  • Your name and email address.
  • Subscription ID or order number.
  • A detailed description of the issue (for damaged or missing items).

Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Processing

Once your refund request has been approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Changes to the Policy

EL News reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation and refund policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and it is your responsibility to review the policy periodically. Continued use of the services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
